The perfect, zesty accompaniment for pan seared prawns.
Blend coriander, ginger, chilli, and palm sugar together well in a mortar and pestle or small food processor. Mix together with lime juice, fish sauce and sesame oil. Adjust balance of flavours to taste.
Serve with seasoned pan seared prawns, fresh crusty bread and a large chilled glass of Wynns Coonawarra Estate Riesling.
