Seppelt Drumborg Vineyard Chardonnay is a unique expression of purity and balance, that not only speaks to its terroir, but also to the winemaker’s hand.

Located in South-West Victoria’s Henty region, Seppelt’s mature Drumborg Vineyard was planted in 1964 by Karl Seppelt and is one of the southern-most vineyards of mainland Australia. It is ‘cool-climate’ personified with a unique personality unlike anywhere else. 

This vertical collection of wines is a rare glimpse into the depths of this mystical vineyard site and the seasonal variances that shape our appreciation of it. It also showcases two winemakers; 2018 and 2019 were crafted by Adam Carnaby, with length and crisp acidity that speaks to their cool climate nature. 2021 is a slightly new direction taken by Clare Dry, who softens and rounds out the edges, adding multiple layers of complexity to an already intricate web of elegant flavour.
