T'Gallant's winemaking philosophy is the same: the very best in winemaking techniques, with European winemaking philosophies applied. The results can be seen in the glass. The Cape Schanck Rosé is a truly seductive wine - the result of a near-perfect vintage. It is a beautiful, blushing creation from Heathcote, Victoria, with all components contributing to the beguiling red fruit aromas, savoury tannins and firm yet elegant structure of this wine. Pair with antipasti platters, cured meats and oily fish, including salmon and trout.
