T’Gallant is the sailor’s abbreviation for topgallant, the top sail of square-rigger sailing ships. Like our winemaking philosophy, it represents the peak of an adventurous, free spirit.
Nestled in the hills of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, T’Gallant pioneered Pinot Gris and Grigio wines in Australia in the 1990s – a brave move that defied all advice at a time when classic varietals dominated. Nonetheless people fell in love with them and the new styles flourished.
Today T’Gallant continues its tradition of producing fresh, food-friendly Australian wines with vibrant personalities inspired by the Italian and provincial way of life. And what better way to celebrate life’s charms than with a glass of T’Gallant sparkling wine.

“A sort of ‘don't think just drink' proposal. A bubble bath of spiced apple, pear and orange blossom frothing across the palate. Juicy. Effusive in its parade of generous flavour. What's not to like?”
