It is revered for its low-yielding old vines and exceptional cellaring potential of 50 years or more. It’s worth noting: the 2020 vintage has been classified by Langtons as ‘Outstanding’ in its Australian Wine VI classification. Penfolds Bin 28 Shiraz 2021 represents an outstanding vintage, delivering rich mocha and espresso flavours alongside juicy acidity. While it's approachable now, it also holds great cellaring potential if you can resist opening it.
