Wine Plan Terms

  • Your Wine Plan selection will be delivered in accordance with the delivery schedule detailed on your Wine Plan confirmation email
  • Your credit card details will be saved using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and encryption to increase safety. Your credit card will be automatically charged in accordance with the frequency and amount detailed on your Wine Plan confirmation. We don't display your full credit card details for your protection and you can update or remove your credit card at any time.
  • You will receive an email prior to each dispatch that will provide you with the opportunity to secure extra, delay delivery, or increase or cancel your order. All we ask is that you contact us prior to the notified dispatch date on 1300 893 946 between 9am - 5pm AEST Monday to Friday or email wineplans@cellardoor.co
  • You will receive one month's written notice about changes to the cost or frequency of your Wine Plan selection
  • Each dispatch we will change the content of the wines in your Wine Plan (such as brand, varietal and vintage)
  • You will receive an email confirmation and invoice when we have processed your Wine Plan
  • You are responsible for ensuring we have your correct delivery address and we will not be responsible for loss due to a failure to update your delivery address. You can update your Wine Plan delivery address from the My Account page or call us on 1300 893 946 between 9am - 5pm AEST Monday to Friday or email wineplans@cellardoor.co
