Payments are processed only before the dispatch of your scheduled Wine Subscription. You'll receive an email before your wine ships, allowing you to update your details. Your credit card will be automatically charged based on the frequency and amount specified in your Wine Subscription confirmation. Rest assured, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and encryption for added safety.
Your Wine Subscription will arrive according to the delivery schedule outlined in your Wine Subscription confirmation email. You can easily check the month of dispatch online in ‘My Account’ under ‘Wine Plans’.
