Directions

Choose a large wine glass or stemless glass to showcase the vibrant colours and garnishes. Chill the glass in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before use.

Place several thin cucumber slices along the inside of the glass and add a handful of ice cubes.

Slowly pour 60 mL of St-Germain over the ice, allowing the cucumber aroma to infuse with the liqueur.

Top the drink with 150 mL of chilled Squealing Pig Sparkling Rosé NV. Pour slowly to preserve the bubbles.

Add fresh rose petals or edible flowers to the top of the drink and serve immediately.

Tip: For a chilled experience without diluting the flavors, consider pre-freezing cucumber slices or using clear ice cubes.

Include rose petals or edible flowers as an additional garnish as pictured.
