Directions
• Choose a large wine glass to showcase the beautiful layered colours of the drink. Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes to keep the drink chilled.
• Pour 5 mL of Blue Curaçao into the glass, letting it settle at the bottom for a vibrant blue base.
• Slowly pour 150 mL of chilled Matua Sauvignon Blanc into the glass over the back of a spoon to create a subtle layering effect without mixing the Blue Curaçao then gently add a splash of soda water to the top of the drink.
• Slice the lime into thin wheels or wedges. Add one or two slices to the drink for garnish, and squeeze a wedge over the top for added zest.
