Instructions:
• Choose a large wine glass or highball glass to allow the drink to breathe. Fill the glass with ice cubes to keep the cocktail refreshing and chilled.
• Slowly pour 120 mL of chilled T’Gallant Pink Moscato into the glass over the ice.
• Add 60 mL of chilled apple cider, letting the flavours blend naturally.
• Create a long, elegant spiral of orange peel using a vegetable peeler or citrus zester.
• Twist the peel over the glass to release its aromatic oils, then drape it inside or along the rim of the glass for a decorative touch. Serve immediately.
Tip: For added flair, consider flaming the orange peel briefly before garnishing to enhance its scent and provide a subtle caramelised.
