Forty years ago, archaeologists stumbled upon a cave in Margaret River, Western Australia. The cave showed evidence of human life nearly 50,000 years ago, along with the remains of a Tasmanian Devil, thus giving the Devil's Lair cave its famous name.
The winemakers at Devil's Lair have sought out some of the finest vineyards within Margaret River to create this zesty Sauvignon Blanc that tastes of lemon, kiwifruit and passionfruit.
