This Squealing Pig Rosé Gin is perfectly pink with a light and refreshing taste. Infused with ten botanicals and a dash of our signature rosé wine, this gin is perfectly balanced and oinkingly delicious.
Add 50ml of this delightful pink-ish gin to a tall glass with lots of ice and top with tonic to your taste. To allow the botanicals more room to shine, switch the tonic for soda.
Garnish with a wedge of ruby grapefruit and a fresh sprig of mint.

Based in Marlborough, Spring grew up in Christchurch and studied photography and sociology at university before taking a shot at winemaking. To get there she worked her way up through hospitality, on to Lincoln University to study winemaking, into the cellar, then the wine lab before becoming a fully-fledged winemaker. Spring’s bubbly personality and creative background is reflected in Squealing Pig wines.
