How do I join the CD.co Unlocked Rewards Program?

All members of CellarDoor.co with an Australian residential address are eligible for the program and will automatically begin to receive benefits once they reach the minimum spend to reach Level 2 of the program of $400 or 400 Tier Points. Once you spend $1199 or 1199 Tier Points in the 12 months after your Anniversary Date you will upgrade to Level 3 or beyond and unlock more benefits.

What is an ‘Anniversary Date’?

Anniversary Date is your personalised date in which your annual spend or Tier Points will reset each year. For new members, this date is set to the date you signed up.

How do I accumulate spend or Tier Points towards the CD.co Unlocked Rewards program?

Members accumulate spend towards the program by cash expenditure:

  1. through the CellarDoor.co website;
  2. on CellarDoor.co wine plans;
  3. on CellarDoor.co telephone sales;
  4. on wine purchases at official CellarDoor.co events; and
  5. on tickets to official CellarDoor.co events.

Please note that any returns, refunds or purchases made using rewards points are not counted towards your program spend.

When will my program level change?

Each Anniversary Date, a Member’s Tier will be allocated based on their spend or number of Tier Points earned in the 12 months since their last Anniversary Date. A Member may be upgraded to a higher Tier at any time if they have earned enough Tier Points to qualify for a higher Tier. Members will be notified by email if they move to a higher Tier and will receive details of the additional benefits they are entitled to. Please note that on each Anniversary Date, your Tier Points will be reset to 0.

How long is my birthday discount voucher valid for?

Your birthday voucher is valid for your birthday month. Voucher to be used on orders over $100. Must be used in a single transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. The voucher can only be used for online orders or over the phone via a Wine Advisor. The voucher amount is valid from receipt of email regardless if member moves up or down a membership tier within the 30 days.

How often will I receive a CellarDoor Unlocked Credits?

In January, April, July and October each year (for eligible members).

How do I redeem my CellarDoor Unlocked Credits?

Once you receive your promotional code via email, login to the CellarDoor.co website, visit the checkout, enter your promotional code and check out. Credits can be redeemed on a curated selection of products, which are subject to stock availability and cannot be exchanged. You can view the current selection online https://www.cellardoor.co/offers/unlocked-credits. CellarDoor Unlocked Credits are not transferable and will expire after a period of 7 days.

Do I get to choose the wine that I purchase with my CellarDoor Unlocked Credits?

You can spend your reward on a curated selection of product/s available for purchase on the webpage available here. Please note that the amount of your Loyalty Reward will depend on your current program level.
